Each registration entitles the delegate to present upto two papers.

For check/cheque (and faxed credit/debit card) payments please use the downloadable registration form.
If you are not able to make a card or check/cheque payment and wish to pay another way (or have VIP registration queries) please contact us and we will investigate what arrangements can be made.
